Private 1:1 classes

I can come to your house or teach you online a bespoke session tailored to your individual needs. These are perfect for beginners, people working with specific needs such as injuries or anyone who wants to deepen their practice on a 1:1 basis.

  • Not one body is the same. Working 1:1 allows for tailored classes that factor in your own limitations, injuries and health concerns. My focus is entirely on your needs and creating a safe space allowing you to progress and deepen your practice.

  • Specific time to break down postures, correct alignment and prevent or manage injury. Learning fundamentals will enable you to feel more confident in public classes.

  • Unlike group classes these sessions are tailored directly to you taking into account your level of experience, your challenges & your goals.

  • A calming environment where you can feel completely comfortable and free from comparison.
