  • Tay’s classes are the perfect mix of challenge, a well thought out sequence, a focus area she gets us to work on - on one hand, and a relaxed, no judgement, ‘do your best but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get into a pretzel’ type attitude - on the other. Her guidance on adjustments is second to none!

  • I discovered Harriet’s classes when she was subbing for a favourite teacher of mine, and after attending once I was eager to go again. Practicing for 10+ years, I find there are some teachers that just have 'it' and for me she is one of them. Harriet has an admirable knowledge of anatomy she applies to her classes, she’ll challenge you and keep you sweating and then move to soft stretches just in time for some relief. You’ll leave feeling stronger and softer all at once. And she will also teach you to engage your bum in poses, finding muscles you never knew you had.
